3/30/2024 0 Comments Imagine 1.3.0 instaling![]() Tensorflow 2.4.3 requires numpy~=1.19.2, but you have numpy 1.21.2 which is incompatible. Tensorflow 2.4.3 requires h5py~=2.10.0, but you have h5py 3.2.1 which is incompatible. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts. ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. ![]() I work on a Windows 10 workstation with anaconda environments and followed the installation notes documented here, but no matter if I install stardist first or Cellprofiler first – the dependencies do not match and break each other. I recently started working with a Cellprofiler source installation (v4.2.1) to include more plugins for my analyses and now got so enthusiastic about it, that I tried to include the RunStardist module too.
